We want you to love your Gucci tennis shoes. If something isn’t right, our returns and exchanges process is simple and transparent.

Return Eligibility

  • Request your return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Sneakers must be unused, unworn, and in new, resellable condition.
  • Try on shoes indoors on a clean, soft surface to avoid outsole wear.
  • All original packaging is required: Gucci shoe box, dust bags, inserts, spare laces, tags, and any accessories.
  • Items with signs of wear, damage, odors, missing components, or altered packaging may be declined or subject to partial refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return, or use our contact form.
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Returns without an RA may be refused.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original shoe box, then place the shoe box inside a protective shipping carton. Do not ship using only the shoe box.
  4. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) and ship within 7 days of receiving the RA.

Note: Unless otherwise stated, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Request an exchange when you contact us. We will place a hold for the replacement once your return is in transit. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a standard refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return passes quality inspection.
  • Processing time: 3–10 business days from the date we receive your package. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
  • If a promotional bundle or gift was included, it must be returned as well or its value may be deducted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
  2. Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid label when applicable.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final sale, clearance, or items marked “non-returnable.”
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items (including scuffed soles).
  • Items missing the original Gucci shoe box, dust bags, tags, or accessories.

International Returns

  • Contact us for an RA and return instructions specific to your country.
  • Declare the return as “Returned Merchandise” on customs forms to avoid duties.
  • International return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Packaging Guidelines

  • Place the Gucci shoe box inside a sturdy outer carton; do not apply tape or labels directly to the shoe box.
  • Use sufficient padding to prevent movement during transit.
  • Include the RA number inside the parcel for faster processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once an order ships, please follow the standard returns process.
