- Orders placed by 14:00 ET ship the same or next business day (Mon–Sat).
- Orders placed after 14:00 ET, on Sundays, or on US holidays ship next business day.
- Preorder or backorder items display the expected ship window on the product page.
- All orders include tracking. Orders $500+ ship Signature Required by default.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your local authority. Unless indicated at checkout, shipments are Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), and any such fees are due upon delivery. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or abandoned. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable if a package is rejected by customs.
Address Types & Delivery
- Residential/Business: Signature required on orders $500+ (optional waiver available at checkout).
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Shipped via USPS; expedited methods and signature services are unavailable.
- Delivery Attempts: Most carriers attempt delivery up to 3 times and may hold at an access point for pickup.
- Package Security: Parcels are discretely packaged. If signature is waived, responsibility transfers at scan of delivery.
Delays, Loss & Damage
- If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), contact us to initiate a trace.
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and product.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or return-to-sender; reshipment fees may apply.
Split Shipments & Backorders
To ship your items as quickly as possible, we may split an order into multiple packages at no additional cost. You’ll receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.
Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During peak periods (Black Friday/Cyber Week, December holidays), dispatch and carrier transit may require additional processing time. Order early and select an expedited method if you’re on a deadline.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 14:00 ET ship the same or next business day (Mon–Sat). You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact support within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is processing or shipped, we can’t guarantee changes. Carriers may support a hold for pickup or a delivery address change for a fee.
How do I track my order?
Check your shipment confirmation email for the tracking link. You can also reply to that email or contact us if you need assistance.
Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
We use premium, discreet packaging. Reply to your order confirmation if you’d like us to include a short handwritten note at no cost.
